Heat tube is a heat transfer element with high thermal conductivity. It transmits heat through evaporation and condensation of liquids in fully enclosed vacuum tubes. It uses fluid principles such as capillary action to play a similar role as refrigerator compressor refrigeration. effect. It has a series of advantages such as high thermal conductivity, good isothermal properties, arbitrary changes in the heat transfer area on both sides of cold and heat, long-range heat transfer, and controlled temperature. The heat exchanger composed of heat pipes has the advantages of high heat transfer efficiency, compact structure, and small fluid resistance. Due to its special heat transfer characteristics, the temperature of the pipe wall can be controlled to avoid dew point corrosion.
Liquid cooling is the use of liquids driven by the pump to forcibly recycle away the heat of the radiator. Compared with wind cooling, it has the advantages of quiet, stable cooling, and low dependence on the environment. However, the price of heat pipes and liquid cooling is relatively high, and the installation is also relatively troublesome.
